NEW DRESSTA TD-40E EXTRA CRAWLER DOZER
Dressta has introduced the largest model in it’s line the TD-40E EXTRA crawler dozer featuring an, environmentally friendly quieter Cummins QSK19 Tier 3 engine.
This new model delivers excellent drawbar pull resulting from a high maximum torque. The new engine delivers 515 net horsepower at 2000 rpm. The massive cooling module is equipped with a hydraulically driven two-speed fan to handle
the cooling characteristics of the new Tier 3 engine.
A number of features released with the TD-40E EXTRA are a gear range preselection system that includes an automatic downshift function that offers the operator a choice of various automatic operating modes, especially useful in repetitive cyclical operations.
Contributing to a productive full day of work is the standard six-sided cab, which offers a comfortable interior with superior all around visibility.
The two doors and sliding side and rear windows provide excellent viewing from within the cab. Along with the large viewing area from the cab, excellent blade and ripper sight lines enable the operator to have precise control of the machine with ergonomically designed controls. The cab is sealed and has a built-in air re-circulation system. Sound suppressed and separated from the engine compartment for a quieter, more comfortable ride. The air suspension operator's seat is adjustable and equipped with full arm - rests and a retractable seat belt. The seat swivels 14 degrees to the right for greater view of the ripper and enhanced controllability designed to reduce operator fatigue.
The combination of a three-speed transmission with Dressta’s exclusive two-speed (Hi/Lo) steering provides six forward and six reverse speeds for unsurpassed load-matching capabilities. Dressta engineers have combined the hydraulic control system on the TD-40E EXTRA with advanced solid - state electronic circuitry in an exclusive electro-hydraulic motion control system. All control functions are activated by movement of the joystick or by selecting control buttons on the face of the joystick. The joystick control provides both up and down shifting of the transmission, Lo or Hi range selection of both left and right track drives or full - power geared turns. Pushing the right or left rocker switch selects the desired Hi or Lo range. Moving the joystick forward or back moves the dozer in the desired direction - a Front / Rear detent provides hands-free motion, moving the joystick to the left or right activates clutch-brake or pivot type turns.
A rear platform located below the fuel tank aids in refuelling, air conditioning filter changes and cab rear window cleaning to enhance serviceability. Maintenance on the Dressta TD-40E EXTRA includes a 500-hour oil change interval. The air conditioner condenser has been moved to the rear of the cab roof for easier access.

| NEW DRESSTA SB-30M EXTRA PIPELAYER |
The DRESSTA Pipelayers have been specifically designed to handle and lay pipes. These machines can perform hoisting works in standalone or team work operations.
The new DRESSTA SB-30M Pipelayer is the smallest in the line of pipelayers distributed by Dressta Co. Ltd. and it is a successor of previous SB-30 model. The SB-30M is equipped with the Cummins QSB 6.7 engine, which meets all Tier 3 requirements and supplies 140 kW (188 hp) net flywheel power.
This new model features 33300 kg maximum lifting capacity and its operating weight is almost 28 tons. The SB-30M Extra
delivers some improvements that enhance operator comfort and provide improved operating ease.
The machine competes in 100-200 HP pipelayer market currently shared by Cat PL61 and 572R Series 2, Komatsu D85C-21 and Liebherr RL 42 B Litronic.
The 6-sided FOPS cab, used on the middle and large DRESSTA dozers, with two-post ROPS, deluxe interior, air recirculation system, air conditioner/heater and new air suspension seat, provides superior all-around visibility. Wide windows provide a good viewing for precise control of working equipment.
The left hand joystick controls transmission and steering drive for up and down shifting, steering Hi/Lo selection and LH/RH gradual turns. The right hand ergonomic levers independently control boom and hook movements, extend and retract two counterweights.
The SB-30M Extra Pipelayer is equipped with 6.5 m standard boom. An optional 8.5 m boom is also available.
The SB-30M Extra Pipelayer is furnished with safety equipment - boom kick-out, hook block limit switch, emergency hook lowering system (free fall), angle indicator of lifting capacity, ESLI – Electronic Safe Load Indicator (Tensotronic), that ensure safe hoisting operations and protect the machine against damage.
NEW DRESSTA TD-14M EXTRA CRAWLER DOZER
The new Dressta TD-14M Extra Crawler Dozer is a successor of previous Dressta TD-12C XP model. The new machine delivers numerous improvements that enhance operator comfort, provide improved operating ease and optimize productivity. The new TD-14M Extra is equipped with the Cummins QSB 6.7 engine, which meets all Tier 3 requirements and supplies 120 kW (160 hp) net flywheel power at 1800 rpm rated speed.
Three distinct models of TD-14M Extra dozer are available for
specific job-site applications:
- Standard (STD)
- Long Track (LT)
- Low Ground Pressure (LGP).
The 6-sided FOPS cab, used on the middle and large DRESSTA dozers, with two-post ROPS, deluxe interior, air recirculation system, air conditioner/heater and new ergonomic air suspension seat, provides superior all-around visibility. Two wide windows provide a good blade and ripper viewing for precise control of mounted equipment.
The left hand joystick controls transmission and steering drive for up and down shifting, steering Hi/Lo selection and LH/RH gradual turns. Preset travel speed selection and auto – downshift system, especially useful in repetitive operations, provide the operator comfortable operation and high productivity without manual downshifting. The right hand ergonomical levers control blade and ripper movements. Pilot operated hydraulic controls are offered as an option.
Various blades suitable for various operating conditions and job requirements are available - Semi-U and 6-Way blades for STD and LT undercarriage configurations, and Straight and 6-Way blades for LGP model.
